五、申请条件

（一）持有效护照的非中国籍公民，且符合教育部教外函〔2020〕12号文件要求。

（二）身心健康、品行良好，遵守中国法律法规和学校规章制度。

（三）高中毕业或具有同等及以上学历。

（四）汉语水平达到HSK4级（未取得HSK4级证书者，可申请汉语进修生，汉语水平达标后可申请进入专业课学习）。

（五）年龄18-30岁。

（六）有足够的经济保障。

六、申请材料

（一）护照照片页扫描件，内容包括证件上本人照片、姓名、出生日期、有效期、证件号码等。

（二）6个月内正面免冠照片（白色背景，彩色2寸免冠证件照电子版，头部占照片尺寸的2/3，照片尺寸不低于320*240像素，高宽比为4：3，大小为100-500KB，JPG格式，文件大小请小于20M。请严格按照要求提供照片，如照片不合规者无法通过资格审核）。

（三）近6个月内体检证明。需按照《外国人体格检查表》（附件2）中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片、未加盖体检部门公章、无医师签字的《外国人体格检查表》无效。

（四）无犯罪记录证明。需提供在长期居住地，官方出具的无犯罪记录证明和经公证的中文翻译件。

（五）经济担保证明。(附件3)

（六）高中毕业证和成绩单。需提供原件和经公证的中文翻译件。

（七）HSK成绩单复印件。（申请语言课程的申请者此项可不提供）

（八）《保山中医药高等专科学校外国留学生入学申请表》，中文或英文填写。(附件4)

（九）如有推荐机构，请提供推荐信。

（十）其他获奖证书或证明（若有请一并提供）。

七、申请与录取通知

（一）以上申请材料请用扫描仪扫描后发送到：bszyzlxszs@163.com，不接受手机或相机拍摄的文件。申请材料原件请在报到注册时提交到国际交流合作处进行身份验证和核实。申请提交截止日期：2025年7月31日。

（二）申请者请在提交申请材料时一并发送申请者邮箱、电话、家庭住址等联系方式，以收取录取结果通知。

（三）学校将组织专家对申请者的申请材料进行评审，遴选出预录取人选，线上组织入学考试，择优录取。录取结果公示在学校官网https://www.bsctcm.cn/。可输入网址或扫描以下二维码，进入保山中医药高等专科学校招生网查询。

 

 

 

（四）8月，学校向被录取学生寄发《录取通知书》。

八、签证申请与入学报到

（一）被录取者应持普通护照、《录取通知书》《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）《外国人体格检查表》及体格检查报告原件前往中国驻外使（领）馆申请来华学习（X1）签证。

（二）被录取者须按通知书上规定的时间到校办理入学报到手续，逾期未报到者取消入学资格。

（三）新生入学时须携带申请材料原件供学校复核入学资格，不符合入学条件者，取消入学资格。

Introduction of BCTCM

Baoshan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine is located in Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, China. It evolved from Baoshan Health School, a national - level key secondary vocational school established in June 1965. In February 2006, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was upgraded to a general higher vocational college. It is the only public full - time general higher vocational college in Yunnan Province with distinct characteristics in traditional Chinese medicine disciplines and the coordinated development of traditional Chinese and Western medicine majors.

The college is an executive member unit of the Belt and Road Tropical Medicine Alliance (BRTMA), the vice - president unit of the ILSTC International Vocational Education Alliance, and the training base for the Sino - German Nursing Exchange Program. It has successively signed cooperation agreements with 9 institutions and organizations from Germany, Thailand, the United States, Canada, Indonesia, Switzerland, and Myanmar. Seven foreign experts have been invited as visiting professors. The college has held six short - term training courses for overseas students, cultivated 181 international students, and dispatched 8 nursing and health - care talents to Germany. It has hosted one - phase of the foreign aid training project of the Ministry of Commerce - the China - Bhutan Traditional Medicine Training Course. Additionally, it has carried out two - phase of the "Chinese + Vocational Skills" project. The college's independently developed and constructed vocational standard for acupuncture and tuina (IVET4) has been approved in the "Laos National Vocational Standard Co - construction, Mutual Recognition, and Application Promotion Project", and two curriculum standards and digital courses have been approved in the "Laos Curriculum Standard and Digital Course Resource Development Project". In 2023, the college was approved to recruit international students, and in 2025, it plans to enroll international students in an organized manner.

For Chinese language learners, the duration of study is 1 year, and the major is Chinese language.

Scholarship policies

Baoshan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine International Student Scholarship (applied competitively by academic year, used to fund students' tuition, accommodation fees, registration fees, and the remaining amount will be disbursed to students).

Fees and charges

Tuition: 10,000 yuan per student per year.

Accommodation: 800 yuan per student per year.

Registration: 400 yuan per student.

Insurance: 500 yuan per student per year.

Physical examination fee: Approximately 500 yuan (paid according to the actual charging standard of the physical examination hospital).

Application requirements

1.Non-Chinese citizens holding valid passports and meeting the related requirements of China Education Ministry.

2.Physically and mentally healthy, with good character, and willing to abide by Chinese laws and regulations and the rules and regulations of the college.

3.Graduate from high school or obtain an equivalent level certificate or above.

4.Chinese language: HSK level 4 (those who have not obtained the HSK level 4 certificate may apply for a one-year language course, and may apply for admission to the specialized courses after their Chinese language proficiency has reached the standard).

Application documents

1. A scanned copy of the passport photo page, which includes the photo of the person , name, date of birth, expiry date and passport number.

2.A front - facing bare - headed photo taken within 6 months (electronic version of a 2 - inch color bare - headed ID photo with a white background. The head should account for two - thirds of the photo size. The photo size should be no less than 320×240 pixels, with an aspect ratio of 4:3, and the file size should be between 100 - 500KB in JPG format. The overall file size should be less than 20M. Please provide photos strictly in accordance with the requirements. Applicants with non - compliant photos will not pass the eligibility review).

3.Medical examination certificate within the past 6 months. Examinations should be carried out in accordance with the items required in the "Foreigner Physical Examination Form" (Appendix 2). The "Foreigners Physical Examination Form" with missing items, without the applicant's photo attached, without the official seal of the medical examination department, or without the signature of a physician is invalid. 

4.Certificate of no criminal record. An official certificate of no criminal record issued in the place of permanent residence and a notarized Chinese translation are required.

5.Proof of financial sponsorship. (Appendix 3).

6.High school graduation certificate and academic transcripts. Both the original documents and the notarized Chinese translation copies are required.

7.A copy of HSK(level4) Examination Score Report. (This is not required for applicants applying for a language program.)

8.Baoshan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Application Form for Admission.Fill in the form in Chinese or English.（Appendix 4）

9.If there is a recommending organization, please provide a letter of recommendation.

10.Other award certificates or supporting documents (please submit them together if available).

Application and Admission

1.The above application documents should be scanned with a scanner and sent to: bszyzlxszs@163.com. Documents taken by cell phone or camera will not be accepted. Original application documents should be submitted to the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation for identification and verification during registration. Application Submission Deadline: July 31, 2025.

2.Applicants are requested to send the applicant's e-mail address, telephone number, home address and other contact details along with the application documents to receive notification of the admission result.

3.The school will organize experts to evaluate the application documents of the applicants, select the pre-admission candidates, organize the entrance examination on line, and admit the applicants on the basis of merit. 4.In August,the school will mail the Letter of Admission to the admitted students.

Visa Application and Registration

1.Admitted students should apply for a study visa (X1)  in China at the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) abroad with their ordinary passports, Letter of Admission, Visa Application for Study in China (Form JW202), Foreigner Physical Examination Form and the original report of the physical examination.

2.Admitted students must register at the school at the time specified in the Letter of Admission, and those who fail to do so will be disqualified from enrollment.

3.At the time of registration, new students are required to bring the original application documents to the school for review of their eligibility for enrollment; those who do not meet the enrollment requirements will be disqualified from enrollment.
